It is not a duplicate of the bug 126870, because my desktop is an ubuntu gnome
and not kde plasma. Then again the duplicated menubar is present only in the
writer, while in the other components it is not duplicated.
You ask me what standard means? In my opinion it is when the menubar is not
duplicated in the presence of an empty nameless document.
