Should expanded headings in Headings content navigation view and all content
navigation view be made to show as the same?
To repro open a document with an outline structure and expand some headings in
Navigator. Use the Content Navigation View button in the Navigator toolbox to
toggle to Headings content navigation view and back.
Another difference between these views is how outline tracking behaves. In
Headings content navigation view, outline tracking default mode does not always
leave expanded outlines expanded when tracking.
