I think so, other than the mentioned Collapse/Expand All.

Outline tracking settings:
Default - do not collapse already expanded outline entries  
Focus - collapse all outline entries other than the one being tracked
Off - do not track

Reading the help, it looks that way.

Yep, Send Outline to Clipboard is inherited from OOo. It boils down to:
