Recording macro requires setting of:
Enablement: Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> Advanced > [x] Enable macro
recording (may be limited)
Start Recording: Tools -> Macros -> Record Macros ...
None of the steps is mentioned in Steps to Reproduce. Did you do perform these
steps?
