I think you are wrong. 2011 a Bug with similar / same problem has been fixed.
I am pretty sure that the fix mentioned by Jean-Baptiste Faure really fixes
the current "somehow new" problem.
Still WFM with server installation of "LOdev 4.0.0.1+ - ENGLISH UI /
