I don't know if this helps. I started OO from the command line, opened a
document (a spreadsheet, as it happens) and then tried to send it via email.
The following is the console output:

So, obviously, it looks as though there are some files missing. I can't imagine
why this should be on a straightforward install of OO from Ubuntu packages (the
recent upgrade from 20.04 to 20.10 could have something to do with it?? And, of
course, I have no idea what to do about it.
