Is Bug 64830 relevant in this context?

Perhaps also include -SR (Surinam), -AW (Aruba), -SX (Sint-Maarten), -BQ
(Bonaire, Saint Eustatius, Saba), and -CW (CuraƧao).

N.B.: -AN (Netherlands Antilles) was removed in 2010
