I can confirm that. If you go to libreoffice.org you can click on 'get-help'
and then on 'documentation'. I can't imagine this is not an appropriate
place/hard-to-find place this documentation.

Also I think there is a good link to the link posted in Comment 1:
"Completed LibreOffice user guides are listed below. Click a link to download a
