Description:
After entering text in Hebrew I entered some text in English and immediately
notice a big slowdown and lag when entering text and selecting it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter text in English.
2. switch to different language (Hebrew).
3. enter text in the same line.
4. try to select text in this line.
Actual Results:
Notice significant lag when working in that line of text, when entering text
and when selecting it.
Expected Results:
not slowdown or lag.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
