2021-18-03 downloaded LibreOffice 7.1.1.2 for windows x86_64 (windows 7) and
had the message: Warning 1946 Property 'System.AppUserModel.ID' for shortcut
'LibreOffice Writer.ink' could not be set. Acknowledged warning and install
continued OK.
