This is the message that comes up as soon as I double-click the LibreOffice
shortcut. It doesn't matter what shortcut I use.

Problem description: Upon launching, LibreOffice 3.6.5 (release) will
immediately crash with

"The application cannot be started
[context="user"] caught unexpected exception!"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch LibreOffice
2. Get dialog with message above

Current behavior:
LibreOffice crashes

Expected behavior:
LibreOffice launches

NOTE: This bug only applies to the "regular" version installed using the MSI
Database. I do *NOT* have this problem when using LibreOffice 3.6.5 Portable
(PortableApps.com format)

Operating System: Windows 8
Version: 3.6.5.2 rc
