Jmadero pinged me on IRC to test this one as fast I can...
Therefore: can't reproduce using Windows 7 x64, updated from LibreOffice 4.0
rc2 to LibreOffice rc3 ...
This bug is indeed marked correctly as a blocker when you opened it, but
because I can't confirm -> lowering priority.
