Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download xls file from URL:
https://nav.gov.hu/nav/adatbazisok/adoslista/hiany_hatralek_1201188187115/jelentos_adohianyosok.html
2. Open file with Calc and Order by Column D.
3. Row number 2 and 3 is an against the ordering invariant.
Actual Results:
Row number 2 and 3 is an against the ordering invariant.
Expected Results:
Row number 2 and 3 should be in accordance of the ordering invariant.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
