@UX-advise, question of reopening to normalize the editshell calculation of
"view port" Y-height for consistent canvas movements down or up in document
with the PgDn and PgUP (.uno:PageDown / .uno:PageUp) controls.
I think they're here [1] if I'm reading the editshell right.
