As the submitter/creator of a bug report you will receive emails at the valid
email account you used when registering the account for any activity on a
particular bug.
You do not need to separately add yourself to the CC list unless you'd like to
receive at an additional email address.
The TDF run Bugzilla provides a "Preferences" panel where you can further
adjust behavior of your account. On the "Email Preferences" tab you'd adjust
the Reporter column for bug reports you submit.
Marking as Resolved-Works for Me, but feel free to open again if you believe
the UI needs enhancement in some fashion.
