yes this is very odd, but also very deliberate, see how
ViewShell::SetPageSizeAndBorder calls GetDoc()->AdaptPageSizeForAllPages()
this is already the case in initial import commit

so i'm not sure what the intention is here, why do all pages and master pages
have to have the same size and margins?
maybe that's a question for UX?
