Use the cherry picking method as described in the wiki section you found. You
could then use

git commit --amend --author="Sarabjot Singh <saini.sarabjotsi...@gmail.com>"

and add a line in the commit message:

Co-authored-by: Mesut Çifci <mesutcifc...@gmail.com>

to properly credit Mesut's earlier work.
