To my opinion the release notes website page would be a reasonable place for this information. Additional info: At the German discuss mailing list a user reported that his AutoCorrect and AutoText data are lost in both (/3 and /4) profiles while installing 4.0.0.3. Hence he made a backup of his profile he could recover his data. In the moment I believe that this not a general problem.
