No smooth scrolling here on Windows 10, Libre Writer 7.1.2.2, Surface Pro 4
(precision trackpad) either. This seems to have been a problem previously
(https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/51065/is-it-possible-to-adjust-the-scrolling-speed-in-all-libreoffice-apps/).
Whole page scrolls through in only four steps. A bit hard to use the app this
way, especially when reading. Did not run into this problem in other apps.
