UI: Lacking 'border' around selected object
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 172653
2. Select the chart (single click)
3. Notice there is no blue square (like for textbox)
Actual Results:
No clear chart border (also applies to fontwork/images)
Expected Results:
The blue text box thingy maybe slightly 'dominant' intrusive, but nothing is
maybe to clean. Also inconsistent related to textboxes.
But well text boxes lack the squares (which chart/images have
