Implying either safe-mode or a complete user-profile reset (that would clear
MRU, and any UI 'Application' color customizations.
Check to see any odities in %APPDATA\LibreOffice
(C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Floating\LibreOffice)
Unfortunately without a verbose installation log of the MS Installer actions
(in advance via command line update) nothing actionable here, and this is one
off instance for now.
