The bug is still present in LO 7.1.4.2. Tested both with attachment 126273 and
with a newly created document. As before:
If the decimal tab is the only tab in the table cell (individual cell or e.g.
whole column), then text is written as if started with a tab. If a second tab
position is added (whether decimal tab or other tab), the text is written from
cell beginning, as expected. The bug is only with decimal tab, not with left,
right, or center tab.
