drawing in lockedCanvas

Open a docx file which has a drawing in a lockedCanvas. Save the file to docx
and open it in Word.
Notice, that the drawing it gone. You will in addition notice a significant
decrease in file size.

You can find some files in bug reports here, for example
attachment 54251 in bug 43641
attachment 129385 in bug 104486
or from unit tests
strict-lockedcanvas.docx from /core/sw/qa/extras/ooxmlimport/data/
fdo78658.docx from /core/sw/qa/extras/ooxmlexport/data/

Do not confuse lockedCanvas (file <lc:lockedCanvas> in DML) with Drawing Canvas
(file <wpc:wpc> in DML or editas="canvas" in VML).
I don't know, how files with lockedCanvas can be produced from scratch with
current MS Office. I have attached a reduced version from bug 104486.

It seems to be no regression but a missing feature. I cannot find any version
where it works.
