Description:
In Writer, if we select some text in a paragraph, and press SHFT+F3, it affects
the case of the entire paragraph; and not just the selected text.
Thus if you had already changed the case of other text in that paragraph, your
effort is wasted.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a paragraph with any text
2. Select some words of the paragraph and press SHFT+F3 repeatedly.
3. Check what happens with the parfagraph.
Actual Results:
The case of the entire paragraph is cycled
Expected Results:
The case of only the selected text should be cycled. The remaining text of the
paragraph should remain unaffected.
