Description:
Enabling line in the sidebar for a chart shows only top and left border in
document (until deselection)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a chart button
3. Double click the chart.
4. Pick a line style
Actual Results:
Top and left are shown in document. Right and bottom don't appear until
deselection
Expected Results:
All four borders should be visible
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
