I can open all my ODF files without any issue. No matter what was the version
to save.

Have you tried to reset the user profile, sometimes solve strange issues.

Please attach a sample file with the issue to verify.
It is not right the reporter set the status NEW, this must be done by other
person after confirm the bug.
