I hope you downloaded LibreOffice from an official site?
Let's check SHA256 checksum for LibreOffice_7.2.0_Win_x86.msi (I used 7zip for
SHA256 creating)
I have SHA256: E3D5FF07A7E2AA0A8775C1CA303618D645ECCE1496A1C179C232E38CAA691CAE
And I didn't have any problem with installing process
