Before closing, I think it should be verified that an official build works as
expected. Are the official deb packages a valid test case
(https://www.libreoffice.org/donate/dl/deb-x86_64/7.2.0/en-US/LibreOffice_7.2.0_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz)?
