You are saving a raster image file that must have an integral number of pixels in both dimensions. You define a resolution: > Note: assuming DPI 96 which means that each pixel is exactly 1/96 in ~ 0.264583 mm. Such an image may only have 264 or 265 pixels to approximate 7 cm. In first case, the resulting actual metric size would be 69.85 mm; in the second, it would be ~70.114 mm.
