The y-axis in the chart has enabled "use Source Format" in the 'Number' tab of
the properties dialog. When you copy the chart to Impress, the relationship to
the spreadsheet is cut, so the axis does not find the format. So before you
copy&paste the chart to Impress, uncheck this option. You can check it again,
after you have copied the chart.
