No. I got it from https://ftp.nluug.nl/office/libreoffice/libreoffice/testing/7.2.1/win/x86_64/ I went ahead and downloaded version 7.2.1.1 from the site you provided. Installed 7.2.1.1 over 7.2. Got same error after reboot. Renamed User Profile. Same error. Removed 7.2.1.1 to do a clean install. Installed 7.2.1.1 reboot same error. Same after new Profile. Removed 7.2.1.1 do a clean install of 7.2.1.2. Installed LO 7.2.1.2 and reboot. Opened LO with no error. Not sure why LO 7.2.1.2 worked the other did not.
