Important to write if all documents or just some. 
I all, it's damaged installation or damaged user profile. 

"User Profile Reset" indicates it's the 1st step to try in this situation.
You should delete it or better rename it and test with new one that will be
created when you run LO. 

If you don't have Lo 7.1 anymore, please close this as InsufficientData. 
And update in the same Fresh branch to LO 7.2.1.2.
