I tried in Version 3.6.2.2 (Build ID: 360m1(Build:2)) and the video runs smoothly in Impress. The code is installed here. Then I tried version 4.0 rc2 and the movie is not recognized as video, but only audio is played and there is the error message on the console "** Message: don't know how to handle video/x-h264..."
