Change Tab color dialog for sheet color selection to some sub-color palette
Now we have in the Calc's Sheet tab context menu item Tab color that opens the
Tab color dialog.
I suggest change it with some sub menu color palette as it's in Excel (look at
the comparison in attach)

there is a nice sub menu color palette in context menu at once
