Description:
Insert>hyperlink offers ^k as hotkey, which is also assigned to
InsertRowsAvove. Latter operation takes precedence. Solution: assign ^I
(ctrl_shift_i) to InsertRowsAvove.
Actual Results:
cannot Insert>hyperlink with ^k
Expected Results:
Insert hyperlink with hotkey
