Split Table is grayed while the cursor is in one cell of the first row of the
next page in a table allowed to split across pages.


1.1. Put the cursor in a cell that is completelly on the first row on the
second page (row do not break across page).
1.2. Put the cursor in a next page paragraph pertaining to a cell that shares
both first and second pages (row do break across page).
1.3. Select more than one cell on the first row on the second page (row do not
break across page).


Actual results:
After step 1.1. or 1.2. Split Table is not selectable (is grayed out).
After step 1.3. Split Table is selectable (is not grayed out).

Expected results:
After step 1.1. and 1.2. Split Table is selectable.
