I confirm it with

Version: 7.2.4.1 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 27d75539669ac387bb498e35313b970b7fe9c4f9
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL

and

Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: deea3b7471c3dab0220eca6146c225a2d47681a2
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL

Steps to reproduce
1. Open new document
2. Place cursor in font size combobox and type 360

Actual result
a) You're not able to type any text
b) Changing font size in combobox doesn't solve the problem

3. Close and reopen writer
4. Type 80 in Combobox and press enter
5. Type 360 in combobox and presse enter => That works
