          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 61583
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
Summary: LibreOffice will not start in linux "error: failed to
                    read path from javaldx"
          Severity: major
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux (All)
          Reporter: diaz.bast...@ymail.com
          Hardware: x86 (IA32)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.0.1.1 rc
         Component: Libreoffice
           Product: LibreOffice

I introduce this bug report because it affects the version recommended by the
wiki to use LibreOffice "Impress remote control". (LibreOffice 4.0.1 RC1
(2013-02-22))

Trying to start LibreOffice from the GUI does not start this. When you try
through the terminal, it returns the following message:"Warning: failed to read
path from javaldx no suitable windowing system found, exiting"

Tested on:
Fedora 18 32-bit
Gnome 3.6.2
LibreOffice 4.0.1.1

The package was downloaded from the website of pre-releases (RPMs) and
installed such integration.

Thanks
