--- Comment #21 from Petr Mladek <pmla...@suse.cz> ---
I understand your pain. Please, try to understand the other side as well. If it
is hard to reproduce, it is also hard to fix. The LO source code is really huge
and the bug might be in many locations. Some complicated bugs takes days to fix
even when they are easily reproducible. This one is harder because there is no
scenario.

The bug has been reported 1.5 year ago. I understand that it is data loss and
more people are affected. But still there are only 4 people in CC and no
duplicate. I do not understand why it should suddenly start blocking bug fix
release with other useful fixes and improvements.

Please note that changing severity from blocker to critical is not that big
change. It only means that this bug will not block the release. It has the
highest priority, the second highest severity, so it is still on top of the
queries. It is listed in MABs, so heavily advertised. I have also nominated it
as "Hard Hack", so it might get even more attention soon, see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/HardHacks

Please continue in monitoring this problem when you work with LO and when you
read other bugs or mails. It is kind of detective work. You might meat a new
indicia that could help to create a scenario and help to fix it.

I guess that there is an operation that breaks a data structure in memory and
the information about the outline groups gets lost. It might help to remember
what operations you did when this bug happened and compare them with operations
that you do the other days and you do not see this bug.
