Hello, i look also about this bug.
It's about saving status (enabled) for header and footer for each spreadsheet.
The saving file did not record this state.
Is same when using the style page (model to costumize). When set this status
for enabled header or footer, its not saved in file. And status lost when
reopen file.
I use lastest public stable version.
Could be fine this bug will corrected for next update, because need enable each
style for tab (spreadsheet) before export to PDF.
