I'm sure you know, that you can change this colors in Tools -> Options
->LibreOffice -> Application Colours, but you idea is to have access to that
options with an icon in toolbar, correct?

Please explain, why flexibility with Tools -> Customise -> Toolbars is not
sufficient enough
