Notabug. In my case, I used Filter: Text Documents, Category: My Templates
The confusion arose because one of the templates was an .otm - so it is
possible to select both an .ott and an .otm within Documents. (no obvious
visual difference between an .ott and .otm -- needed to look manually at each
template in list view to discover the reason). Thanks for your attention.
