DEMO file attached to help rerpoduce the unexpected behavior.
SORT is not saved after File Save & Close : Data > Validity > Sort by
Ascending Order. Resets every single time. Need to enable Sort again under Data
> Validity.
State of Sorting must be Saved in document, if enabled.
