Description:
Have a spreadsheet that has external link that works in 7.1.8 on Fedora 34.
With 7.2.5 and above the external link fails.

Needs to be manually changed to again work.
https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us

HTML__usa_table_countries_today

Has HTML_1 thru HTML_9, HTML_all, HTML_tables, above, and _yesterday

With 2.5 and above External links shows
HTML_all
HTML_tables
HTML_1 - usa_table_countries_today
HTML_2 - usa_table_countries_yesterday
HTML_3 thru HTML_9

Difference in External links between 7.1.8 and 7.2.5 and above.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open 7.1.8 version that works in 7.2.5 or above get message link fails.
Edit External link 
https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us
Change from / to
HTML__usa_table_countries_today
HTML_1 - usa_table_countries_today

Makes work link


Actual Results:
Requires changing link. Same process if opening the modified version again in
7.1.8, have to change it back. Note sure why the

Note sure why versions would effect the external link.

Additional Info:
Minor issue, but didn't seem to notice with versions before 7.2.5, but might
have been in earler version. But now see it with 7.2.5 an 7.3.1.1.
Perhaps it is just a change from 7.1.8 to above.
Currently 7.1.8 is the Fedora 34 version, but have 7.2.5 and 7.3.1.1 loaded as
well for testing. 7.3.0 failed on my machine except when running in safe-mode.
Latest 7.3.1.1 now works.
