The BACK (tooltip "Back") and FORWARD (tooltip "Forward") arrows are the
'Navigation' toolbar. Use View --> Toolbars --> 'Navigation' to turn them on
or off.
The same functionality (of movements on a logical stack between internal
Document objects) has been made available on the 'Navigator' Sidebar deck, when
the 'Recency' item is selected from the 'Navigate by' droplist (where default
is 'Page' movements).
