The example file and its docx version in fresh master
This is a followup to bug 144609
attachment 175122 has a numbering prefix defined for the "A noter" numbering
style, for the 2nd (♥) and 3rd () numbering levels.
These are lost when the document is saved as docx.

Seems to have started to behave like this in 7.2. In 7.1 it was not perfect
