By "change the line order using the arrows in the side panel", you mean Sidebar
panel Properties and "Move selected paragraphs down one paragraph".
I could reproduce with the oldest commit in Linux 7.4 bibisect repo, but not in
the newest. However, I then noticed that I could not reliably reproduce it.
I suspect it might be fixed by the fix for bug 143135 as that also had some
unreliability.
I was using Plasma Wayland session when testing.
