Not complete bug report and most likely not bug at all.
Instead of reporting, you should search in existing reports or use
ask.libreoffice.org, because you really are looking for help, not reporting a
bug.
User Profile Reset: indicates that's the 1st step you should do.
And paste here Help-About info.
And write if you upgraded recently, did it work with older LO?
Also write your graphics card.
