Thank you for reporting the bug.
Unfortunately I can't reproduce it. Installing to any drive is ok for me. Isn't
it windows issue? What about another programs, there is no problem with this?
And what about older versions of LO. Also try install LO separatelly to the D
drive. Manuall is here:
