Hi Marcelo, I am from Brazil as well and I'm running LO 7.3.3 with the Gtk3 VCL
plugin. Everything is working as expected and I cannot reproduce the bug.

Pressing the ^ key will enter the "^" character in the formula editor as
expected. My keyboard is ABNT2.
